Milestones

1997

Hermann-Josef Schulte and Maria Schulte found Condor MedTec in a 50 square meter garage at home.

The first product series surgical retractor system "two in one" is presented.

1998

Quality by conviction: We receive our first EN ISO 13485 certification

2003

Move to the new company building in Salzkotten.

2004

Expansion of surgical retractor systems: Two-in-one becomes GoldLine®

2008

Introduction of the RotexTable®followed by the development of orthopedics and traumatology as an important area for further innovations

2012

Move to the current administration and production building with 2.100m².

2014

Expansion of the management by Dominik Schulte.

2017

We have held the "Family-friendly employer" award since 2017.

2018

The first RotexShoe is introduced as a 3D printed component With the extension shoe, Condor MedTec becomes an innovation driver in terms of patient safety and hygiene standards.

2018

Opening of the St. Martin daycare center close to the company. The investor family Schulte is thus consciously supporting the compatibility of family and career.

2019

Expansion of the management by Ira Fecke-Schulte.

2022

With the opening of a new production hall, we are expanding our total storage and production capacity to 3,500 m².

2023

Hermann-Josef Schulte retires from the management. He is placing his trust in the hands of second generation.

2023

The Condor Group is awarded the "Großer Preis des Mittelstandes" prize.
