As a tool mechanic...

... you will learn all the practical skills required to manufacture and maintain a wide range of metal tools and products (including surgical instruments).

You learn all kinds of...

Vocational school attendance:

1-2 days a week or in block lessons at the Richard-von-Weizsäcker Berufskolleg in Paderborn

As one of the leading service providers for wire erosion technology, milling technology, additive manufacturing (3D printing) and surface finishing, CONDOR® assigns a central function to training.

This is what we offer you during your training:

Qualified and varied training in a top team

A practically oriented apprenticeship with a guarantee to tackle and collaborate in milling, wire eroding, 3D printing and assembly

An inter-company "training in a network". At the Benteler AG training and development center, you will learn the basics of metalworking and also gain insights into complex technologies such as robotics and hydraulics. You will also learn about the topic of "Digitalization - Industry 4.0.

The training takes place as a subsidized "training in cooperation" with our training partner Benteler Steel/Tube GmbH . You will complete part of the training period in the Benteler training workshop.

Participation in the "Azubi-Fit" programme in the 1st year of apprenticeship - workshops for professional and personal development - together with technical and commercial apprentices from other companies

Opportunity to complete training with the additional qualification "Additive Manufacturing" - this is new at the IHK Ostwestfalen - be one of the first graduates!
